Parent questions

How do I pay?

Online by card when you place the order. You pay only for the days you select — there's no subscription and no minimum number of days.

Can I cancel a day?

Yes. Cancel or change any individual day up to 8 AM that morning and that meal is off — nothing is charged for it.

What about allergies?

You enter allergies when you order and they travel with your child's meal label. Meals are prepared in a shared kitchen, so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact — tell us and we'll be straight with you about what's safe.

Is the food halal?

Yes. All our meat is halal certified, in the school program and in the restaurant.

Are there vegan options?

Vegan burger, vegan wrap and vegan rice bowl are on the menu every day at the same $8.

Can I order for two children?

Place one order per child so the labels and dietary notes stay correct. The second order takes under a minute.

How does the food stay hot?

Meals are cooked in the morning and packed in insulated containers, delivered to arrive right before the lunch bell.

My school isn't listed — what now?

Send us the school name through the form above. Once the school signs off, parents can order the same week.
